Cherry Hills Village is in fact not close to Parker. It actually fairly close to downtown Denver. I'm a little confused why you singled out that neighborhood other than maybe you saw that it has good schools. Which it does due to the fact that it is a very rich area and therefore quite costly but I would imagine that you already know that, having checked out real estate in the area. It is a nice area - doesn't have the friendliest people in Denver living there b/c in fact they are quite snobby...but maybe that's your thing.
